ProTyre required a flexible HTML email build capable of adding dynamic content within their CRM. The solution needed live text areas to populate information such as locations and phone numbers based on individual user data, ensuring personalised and accurate messaging across campaigns.

ProTyre’s email campaign required the ability to add dynamic content to personalise messages for recipients, including location-specific information and phone numbers. During the build, it became clear that mobile optimisation and user accessibility were key considerations.
While designing the email, a decision arose around how to present phone numbers. Rather than relying solely on a clickable icon which was the original design, a visible phone number was recommended and included instead to ensure users could easily copy or dial the number—accommodating different user preferences and improving overall accessibility.
This approach combined technical flexibility, user-focused design, and practical CRO considerations, resulting in a responsive email build that enhanced both usability and campaign effectiveness.
