Review, Analysis & Flows for Onboarding, Loyalty and Retention Sequences

[Overview]

This project involved reviewing, analysing, and optimising email and SMS marketing flows for onboarding, loyalty, and retention. The goal was to ensure each sequence effectively engaged recipients across multiple channels, guided them through key journeys, and maximised long-term customer value. Recommendations were informed by best-practice strategies to create personalised, high-performing campaigns that combined email and SMS touchpoints.

Each flow was reviewed for content relevance, timing and triggers ensuring messages aligned with user behaviour and preferences.

Data analysis and user insights informed recommendations, including optimising send cadence, segmenting audiences, and enhancing copy and visuals to improve engagement. SMS flows were integrated strategically to complement email sequences, providing timely, concise messages that reinforced key touchpoints without overwhelming recipients.

By combining multi-channel strategy, UX-focused recommendations, and CRO-driven optimisation, the project delivered more cohesive, engaging customer journeys and measurable improvements in user interaction.
